Connect with the instructors of the Emerging Black Choreographers Incubator.  Take class with these master teachers from as far as LA for this limited time event.  
Masters classes begin at 12:15pm -1:30om (Int/Adv)
and Community classes start at 2pm-3:15pm (beginner/Int)

Afro Modern Open Company Classes - Tuesdays 6:45 - 8pm (Int/Adv)
$8 drop in/$50 unlimited class card for the session

Our Afro Modern sessions are a fusion of techniques (Dunham, Horton, Ballet, Umfundalai) and African dances and rhythms. The class is comprised of a warmup embodying classically based movement that concentrates on the nuances and flair of cultural technique, energetic progressions that challenge with a polyrhythmic focus, and choreography and combinations that beg dancers to freely express themselves.

Our community classes will be taught by special guests in October and November
We teach with community in mind, making room for all to learn and grow in any of our sessions. This high energy class is new welcomed challenge laced with invigorating drum rhythms. Open to all levels
