Grief to Glory (Community Care Circle)

Service Description

We are beginning to understand the importance of self-care, but what about community care? In this monthly session, participants are welcome to bring their burdens, grief, and hurt in a safe space curated with activities and opportunity to begin the journey to release and leave it all behind. Please where comfortable clothing for gentle movement. Bringing a journal is suggested.
