Service Description

Motion is lotion! Designed and created to hold space for Black birthing people, this class will serve as a time of healing and support for BIPOC mothers. This class utilizes elements of Yoga, Pilates, ballet, various Africanist dance forms to assist in creating room in the body, feel invigorated and relieve common pregnancy related discomforts. Leave feeling empowered, powerful, and supported.
