Service Description

Creative Movement introduces our youngest dancers to the joy of dance through imaginative play, rhythm, music, and creative exploration. Children ages 5–6 build coordination, balance, body awareness, and confidence while learning to express themselves through movement. Through fun games, storytelling, rhythm activities, improvisation, and age-appropriate dance exercises, students learn to listen, explore, create, and move together in a supportive environment. The Institute is designed for young people who want to deepen their artistic training while developing leadership skills, cultural knowledge, confidence, discipline, and community engagement. Students receive year-round instruction in Classical dance, African Diaspora dance traditions, performance, choreography, cultural history, and creative leadership in a supportive and inspiring environment.
