Workshops

Rooted in lineage, moving in joy, building community through dance.
Movement as healing, care as culture, art as infrastructure.

We use an embodied, culturally responsive framework at the intersection of public health and social practice to support healing, community connection, and Black futures.

Mojuba! is a Black-led dance company rooted in African diasporic traditions, storytelling, and cultural memory. Through performance, education, and intergenerational community engagement, Mojuba uses movement as a tool for healing, resistance, and collective imagination.

The Mojuba! Embodied Care Framework™ is a culturally rooted approach that uses movement, storytelling, and collective practice. This framework is at the foundation of how we create work and engage in holistic practice from studio to the stage.
